Every Knight, Every Day
2025-2026

A group of children and an adult are on a sunny schoolyard.

Our 3rd - 5th graders are crushing it during lunch recess. We GREATLY APPRECIATE Brendan Hogan and our Dads on Duty team for coming out to enjoy time with our students and enrich their recess experience!!

Children play games and socialize outdoors at a school or camp. BIG THANKS to Mrs. Addison and our ASB leaders for putting on a wonderful Mixer last Friday!

Upper Campus Traffic Reminder - We kindly ask for your continued partnership in following our school’s Drop-Off & Pick-Up Process to keep traffic moving smoothly and safely for everyone.

The CHP (see letter HERE) has notified us that they will begin issuing citations to drivers who impede traffic flow, per section 22400(a) CVC. While they understand that traffic naturally builds up during dismissal, they will strictly enforce rules around pre-staging before dismissal times. Arriving AT or AFTER 1:35 on Mondays and 2:35 Tuesday–Friday will help maintain a steady flow of traffic and avoid pre-staging concerns. Waiting just that extra 5 minutes makes a BIG difference. PLEASE share this information with grandparents and other caregivers.

Additionally, we respectfully request that you avoid using Peach or Plum Streets as shortcuts to campus. These are narrow residential roads, and our neighbors have asked that families use Kellogg and Valley View Drive to enter and exit the school.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we work together to support safe, efficient traffic flow and maintain positive relationships with our surrounding community.

National School Lunch and Breakfast Programs - How you can help!
Parents, if your household income falls within the guidelines found hereplease take a moment to fill out the online "Meal Application" form in LINQ! If your student(s) qualify, they will have access to additional resources, and the school district receives approximately $800 more in funding for qualifying students.  When you log into LINQ, you will see a button on the home screen that says "Meal Applications."  The application is brief and confidential.  We appreciate you taking the time to fill out this important form.  (Reminder- Meals are free for all students this year!)

Community Partners:

Placer Foothills Mountain Bike Team (PFMBTC) - Our volunteer-run organization currently serves nearly 100 student athletes in middle schools (Grades 6-8) and high schools across the Placer Foothills in Rocklin, Lincoln, Loomis, Auburn, and Colfax. We are affiliated with the National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA) and compete in interscholastic cross-country mountain bike races across Northern California in the NorCal League. We’re excited about the growth of youth mountain biking in the region and would love to see even more kids on bikes. We’re a no-cut sport where everyone participates (no one ever sits on the bench), and we offer financial support to cover expenses for families in need.  If you’d like to learn more about what we do, check out our website and contact our club President, Nate Whitson, at president@placerfoothillsmtb.com
